Teach Boys And Girls Success will provide training and development for starting a small business. “Begin With a Desire and End With a Business.” TBAGS also offers and teaches work ethics, leadership training and job preparation.

 

Personality, Character & Family Importance

Teach Boys And Girls Success will teach Personality & Character application to Practical Living and the Family. TBAGS teaches family involvement and support as an important tool of a youth’s success.  The program works with the family members to insure each other’s success.  Peer Pressure & Peer Leadership is also taught. 

Mentoring/Tutoring /Family Support 

Teach Boys And Girls Success will offer mentoring/tutoring to those in need. 

TBAGS will make referrals to program participants and their families that have needs in the area of substance abuse, pregnancy prevention, criminal behavior, counseling needs, youth with incarcerated parents, spiritual needs, school dropout prevention etc.

 

Basics Life Skills for Everyday Successful Living

Teach Boys And Girls Success teaches Social Skills, Etiquette, Personal Development, Character Skills, Personal Enrichment, Basic Cooking and Nutrition, Personal Hygiene, Dating and Safe Dating, Simple Budgeting, Check Writing & Balancing, Grocery Shopping & More

 

Financial Management

Teach Boys And Girls Success realizes money management is a very important part of successful living. Financial management, budgeting, basic money management, investing and savings is offered during the TBAGS program.

TBAGS Alumni Program
The Alumni Program was developed to track the growth, continue the development of their businesses and to monitor the success of the youth  that complete the summer program. 

The Alumni Program addresses the needs for mentoring, tutoring or counseling our alumni students.  TBAGS connects with the youth during the school year, the youth are contacted regularly about their grades and needs. 

TBAGS takes the available youth to events, teen summits and opportunities that enhance their skills, talents, businesses and community service.

 

TBAGS Staff is on call for our Alumni students and their families 24/7.
